America's Decarbonized Power Solution for the Data Center Boom
Carbon Neutral Data Center Campus
The world is shifting how energy is produced, distributed and consumed. Vero3 meets this challenge by bringing together large-scale carbon storage with the production of clean water and battery-grade lithium—all for America.

The Energy Transition Challenge
Data centers are power and water intensive, which will significantly increase emissions of major technology companies undermining their green credentials.
Standalone carbon removal and storage technologies are cost prohibitive for public utilities and the community.
Our Solution
We combine leading carbon and water management solutions to ensure a material reduction in operational intensity of data centers.
This substantially improves the economic viability for carbon capture and storage by aligning it with the data center's power pricing structure, thereby securing its green credentials, while eliminating negative community impacts.

Data Center Boom
The current trillion-dollar data center boom is driving an unprecedented demand for 'clean firm power' in the United States, which Vero3 and its partners can supply. Vero3 operates where demand accelerates across these three critical sectors.

Project Vault and the New Era of US Strategic Mineral Stockpiling
The Trump administration’s February 2026 launch of Project Vault, a $12 billion public-private critical minerals reserve, represents the most aggressive US strategic stockpiling initiative since the Korean War. Backed by the largest loan in the Export-Import Bank’s 92-year history, complemented by direct equity stakes in mining companies and $7.5 billion in congressional appropriations, the initiative responds to a vulnerability that did not exist during the Cold War: structural dependence on Chinese mineral processing and refining capacity across virtually every technology and defense supply chain.
